More On Our Services

  • Every dog is unique, and so is their coat care! Factors like breed, coat type, lifestyle, and even your pup's comfort level with grooming all play a part in how often they should visit the salon. While some dogs may benefit from regular appointments every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, others might require an alternate schedule. The best way to determine what’s right for your dog is through a personalised consultation with our experienced team—we're here to help you create the perfect grooming plan for your pup’s needs.

  • No appointment needed—just walk on in! Our nail trims are quick and easy, usually taking just a couple of minutes. However, please keep in mind that during busier times (especially in the mornings), there may be a short wait while we tend to our scheduled grooms. We’ll always do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible and keep those paws happy!

  • We understand how important it is to care for pets with skin sensitivities, allergies, or specific dermatological needs. That is why we offer a selection of gentle, hypoallergenic, and skin-soothing shampoos designed to be kind on sensitive skin. However, if your dog has been prescribed a particular product or if you have a preferred shampoo you’d like us to use, you are more than welcome to bring it along to your appointment. We’re more than happy to use your own product to ensure your pup is as comfortable and cared for as possible during their groom.

  • Grooming times can vary depending on your dog’s size, coat type, and the services being performed. On average, our Bath and Tidy - Mini Grooms can take between 1 - 1.5 hours and our Full Grooms can take between 1.5 - 2.5 hours. We will be able to give you an estimate at drop-off and we will text you as soon as your pup is ready to come home.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! We love helping puppies get used to the grooming process. We recommend starting as early as possible with our “Happy Visits”, a short, positive introduction to our team and the salon environment to build their confidence and make their future grooming appointments a happy, stress-free experience.

    We do require that all puppies have had their full range of vaccinations prior to visiting the salon.

  • We are the last shop before you exit the Egans Lane carpark onto Berry Street (two doors down from Good Things Organics). With convenient parking available at our front door to ensure safe access for our four-legged friends.

  • At the moment, we are not open on weekends or public holidays as we're still a small team (but growing!). However, we’re here to help during the week, with extended hours on Thursdays for late-night trading.
    Our current hours are:
    Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 8:30am – 4pm
    Thursday: 10:30am – 6pm

  • For the safety and security of the pets in our care, we keep our front door locked during the day. This helps prevent any unexpected escapes and keeps our salon calm and controlled. We have a doorbell to the left of the door—just give it a ring, and one of our team will be with you shortly to welcome you in!
